Perfect, your help is really appreciated! I think I'm really close to finish this itineray thing (Yes, I still call this an itinerary). Here's the last one I've made (Changed some things) Note that I didn't write all of the attractions again but there almost the same as my first post.

Saturday, May 14th
Land in Haneda Airport at 22h45, going to sleep in Toyoko Inn Haneda.

Sunday, May 15th
Take the first train/Bus to Seiseki-Sakuragaoka Station, meet my friend where I'm going to sleep while I'll be in Tokyo. If I have enough time left in the morning, heading to Shibuya, if not, then Harajuku for the afternoon. Shinjuku if I had the time to visit Shibuya in the morning. If not, Shibuya for the Night.
(Note that it's the only planned day since I want to go see Harajuku on a Sunday)

16-17-18-19
-Asakusa(AM) - Ueno(PM) - Akihabara(Night)
-Tsukiji(Breakfast)/Utsunomiya(AM) - Motegi Honda Museum(PM) - Shinjuku or ?(Night)
-Korakuen Garden(AM)-Imperial Palace(PM)-Ikebukuro(Night)
-'Side Trip' Yokohama (Whole Day)

Friday, May 20th
Leave Tokyo for Osaka, stop at Fuji Five Lakes. Meet my other friend in Osaka and a quick night visit of the town (Will spent all my nights in Osaka)

May 21st to 27th
Osaka(1), Nara(1), Kyoto(3), Miyajima(1), Okayama(1) Total: 7 days

27th Night probably or 28th Morning
Head back to Tokyo:

28th and 29th (Till 17h)
Free, Suggestions? Would like to stay in Tokyo though.

29th after 17h
Narita Airport to go back in Canada.
