Well, you have spread about two days of stuff over three days, if you want full days. Kyoto station is cool, but that is 10 or 20 minutes of photos. It is, in the end, a train station. You could do Kinkakuji, Kyomizudera and Kyoto station before lunch.

Kobe is good for shopping and site seeing at places like Merican Park and the Great Hanshin Earthquake Museum. I like the shopping street that goes under the JR train tracks from Sannomiya station to Kobe station. There are tons of tiny little shops selling lots of junk and lots of treasures.

I am just looking at your itinerary and am seeing temple burnout.
