Btw, I'm "kinda" new to Japanese food, and up until just recently I'd only had teriyaki (home made) and sushi (many, many times. NOT home made!), but now I've had Okonomiyaki and Tanuki onigiri (so easy to make, yet sooo deliscious!) as well, but I want more!

If anyone would be kind enough to name a few dishes that aren't like super complex and with ingredients that aren't too hard to find outside of Japan, or maybe even write down a few recipes I'd be forever grateful!
