On January, 12th, 2010 there was an earthquake in Haiti. Earthquake in the Romanian Carpathians 2010 should occur on March, 1st the following under forecasts of scientists. In February 2010 I with group of colleagues used one of the Ukrainian abnormal zones for the purpose of earthquake prevention in Carpathians. Already has passed more then one year but earthquake in Carpathians hasn't occurred.
I am ready to impart experience with Japanese biopowerenergetiks, but I don't have any contact information.
