If it didn't occur yet, it doesn't mean it will not happen. This area in the Carpathians mountains is very likely to have a periodic big Earthquake. If it's late, I think it's even worse. It may be possible that it gathered even more energy than the last outburst. However, maybe these almost daily smaller quakes are dissipating that power slowly. Who knows?
Even if you can predict it, you can't stop it, you just have to take it head on.
