Simply hop onto one of the sections (a relevant one prior to the topic you're gonna post of course) on JF, then if you look somewhere at the top/bottom left corner of the page, you'll see a "New Thread" function. Click on it, and you're ready to become threadmaker for the very first time!  Enjoy!
