To be honest, I think writing it here is very rude. I'd like to believe that you didn't know the nuance of your words. Or just you meant it as ""sorry? what are you saying? my Japanese should be perfect, why do you say if I need advice from you?"...........

「私のは日本的な日本語じゃなかったんですか？」 is like mentioning you are sure that your JP was very natural. I wouldn't recommend you to speak this way to native JP speakers.

Next...saying "英語の方が良いですか？" here is rude I think. I wrote that "English line too"...

Well... it's like you are mentioning that you are sure that your JP isn't wrong at all. Anyway... if don't change your sentence much... then it should be...

「私の日本語が正しくなければ間違いを教えてください。」

　何をどう思うかは本人の自由だけれど、日本人は基本 的には物事を直接的には表現しません。特に自信がある ことをひけらかしたり、相手に敬意を払えないような態 度だと、非常に無礼な人間だと思われることもあります 。
