It's funny, why are girls writing about the guys being more attractive in anime than real life? It's the same for females in anime, too, haha.
I like Isuzu Sento from Amagi Brilliant Park, I pretty much only continued to the end because of her character. Strong willed, independent, attractive and intelligent.
I like Akira Mado from Tokyo Ghoul for similar reasons, though she's a bit too pensive.
I find too many anime girls to be entirely about their physical appearance, yet they tend to have weak personalities, are too quick to anger and be jealous. I don't find that attractive. A lot of people would like Holo (protagonist) from Spice and Wolf, yet despite the years of wisdom she is supposed to have obtained, I found her really immature and ungrounded, lol.
