Both of these are very clever complete stories coming out on DVD now. Which is your favorite? (I think I know what will win...but just for fun)

Death Note is good though, but... Death of L = Not Fun

Blood+ gets my vote

Death Note is awesome too, though. L is cool, but Haji and Saya are just cooler.

Deathnote. Better story and concept all the way around.

Though this is not to say Blood+ isn't something excellent either, but for me Deathnote has basically ascended to some higher existence.

My guess is that fans of Death Note would like Blood+ because it is stimulating in similar ways.
