Mnemosyne is about an agency and the cases they solve, now, this aren't ordinary cases, they have all to do with supernatural, and Rin Asōgi, as super power that make her recover magically and this let's her take on this cases, so I advice you to watch this one, as soon as possible, because it's really good.
Yah, I heard about the 3rd season. And as for the Higurashi goes at first it was really confusing, like when it came to the end of the first arc and it jumped to the second arc, I was like: WTF? What happened here, the last image I had was the chick smashing the dude's school with a bat and know it's all good and happy and nothing was explain, but after that when it reached to the third arc I got the catch and started to understand it better, and besides this the series is great but a bit "heavy" so it's hard to see more than 3 or 4 eps. a day of it.
And I believe Kite Liberator, can also be considered thriller.

Ooo! Anything that involves the supernatural is an automatic watch! I'll get right to it! ^^
Ahh Higurashi confused me too at first but the second season explains everything. ;_; I really wish Geneon hadn't shut down I was looking forward to owning the whole series, not just 13 episodes >.>

I've never seen the anime, but I am reading the manga. Maybe I'll find a way to check it out sometime.

No, but this looks really cool! But it only has 13 episodes D:
Mnemosyne only has 6 ;_;
How come some of the greatest animes only have around 26 episodes?*cough cough Neon Genesis Evangelion* (or less) >.>

You should! Ai looks different, though, and the story line differs a bit, but it's very good. ^^
I wish DelRey would crank out more volumes of it though >.>

Oh! I JUST got into the Elfen Lied manga
(my friend David from Bayern [German state]
said to read it cause it has a German title, hah.)
It's really cool...but it's pretty graphic.
