Does your local or school library carry manga?

Both do, and I've read about all of 'em.
I keep filling out different series requests.

Not necessarily manga, but graphic novels. That's fine enough for me, otherwise that asile of the bookstore would be filled with nothing but either overweight guys sitting on the floor or skinny otaku-extrodinares standing reading manga for hours on end, never buying anything.

Just like at Borders.

Yes, but they have a lot of crappy mangas. lol I mean, they have the ones that EVERYBODY has already read before or what everybody owns.

I don't go to lie-berries... Librarians scare me, except for my friend's mom.

Unfornatelly no, although I'm not sure if we still have a library in my school, but when it was open it didn't have, that's for sure.

My local library does, because it is the biggest in the county

but my school is against that kind of thing

Now what boggles me is that why doesn't this happen at Barnes and Nobles?

Actually, just the other day, I made my friend pose and I took a picture of this boy in grade school in the background, who goes to Borders EVERY DAY and read. It's hilarious.

I can't concentrate on reading manga in my Borders. My friends are annoying, and I'm a very slow manga reader... I've been reading manga for years, but I just can't read them as quick as a normal novel.

'Nuff said.

I remember finding one manga before. I checked it out when I was little.
that's my local library.
I go to Barnes and Noble now, and there is like a whole floor for it nearly. ^_^

That'd actually be pretty tight to see. That's my inner geek coming out there.

Borders has a more casual laid back feel to it, while Barnes and Nobles focuses more on a professional bookstore look. At least that's what my friends and I have agreed upon.
