Need help with manga title

[Piratice]

I read a manga a while back and I totally forgot the name of it. The only part of it I remember is this girl is badly injured and the guy who loves her is cradling her in his lap and the girl is thinking something along the lines of, Look at you, you're all bloody. What am I going to do with you? And then she lifts her head to kiss him but partway, she dies from her injuries. And the guy is like D: and he screams no or something like that.

I honestly don't remember if it was a manga series or just a side story in the back of another story.
