Making anime

I looking someone who can draw anime characters very good.
I like writing and making good story's but not so good in drawing.
Is anyone want work with me on making anime or manga?

Anime is Japanese animation. When I say I'm barely any self Otaku Ukio-ye do not know the name, Hanae Mori interest me, or does not appear like Commes des Garcons.
