My nearest waterstones had one ages ago,
I didn't cosplay but ALOT of people did, i felt a bit out of place xD
But it was good hehe.

check the dates at the top of the page for ur nearest store. my boyfrined is cosplaying as an ambu captin from naruto. im gunna feel weird coz hes cosplaying n im not haha

hmm, i think i'll give it a miss ^^. im still contemplating on what to cosply as for next october's anime convention at Excel. death note/naruto/bleach are oth of the question because, its all just overhyped ^^
