i recomend Negima!..its not many romance but there is some!!

Try Translucent or Hanami. Both are subtle and funny H.S. romance comedies.

And... Fruits Basket kind of. :/ You probably know that anime/manga.
Uhm... Romance... I've heard Love Hina was good although I've never read it.
I know I know more but there are some for now.

A good romance manga would be " Socrates in love " by Kyoichi Katayama.
It's a really sad story. It made me cry.

There's also a Japanese drama and a movie which is the same story but its call " Crying out love in the Centre of the Earth " also by Kyoichi Katayama.
I think this is one of the saddest stories.

Seriously forget everything. If you want a good romance Manga or Anime, read/watch Kimagure Orange Road. Very Funny, Very Emotional, Very Entertaining. It's old (80's) but it's definitely gold.
