Seeking title just watch first few secs help

Hi all, I cannot find the title of a nice looking anime. I just watched the first 30 sec or so, if someone could help me finding the title. The plot start with a guy scavenging robots parts, he finally find a robot's head (girl). He then put a body and she is like his body-guard. There's a character named Yugo I think, he works around the shop.

The anime is pretty old, cannot tell the exact time-frame but I would say 1995.

Any expert?
