I can't even count how many times I have watched the movie... It's my favourite! The novel is amazing though, I would recommend it to everyone who liked the movie.
Is the manga anywhere near as good as the movie? If it is, I might check it out!

You need to make at least 25 posts, then log out and log in again before you can add your own avatar or upload a picture to your signature. But before you reach 25 posts, you can edit your avatar and choose one in the gallery, just go to your settings (User CP, upper left corner).

 You don't mind?? Well, it is amusing and even funny....in a gut-wrenchingly disturbing way. It seems like hentai manga whenever Mitsuko is around X____X (that girl's clothes just keep slipping off her and her body is always in some suggestive pose)

I've heard of it but never got around to seeing it or reading the novel...

I have seen both movies and they are excelent!
I liked the manga a lot more though. I guess Im just a little blood thirsty that way  The novel is next on my "to read" list (and I actualy do have a to read list, thats just how nerdy I am)

Personally I thought the movies were over-rated.. not bad though.
Too transparent with the morals for kids. You had one moral staring you in the face the entire time in the first one. "Don't be a bad kid or this is what can happen in the future!" The second one was just an expansion with a bit more story and background. I dunno how they made it out alive in the end though.. lol.
