Post a pic of your manga collection! - 09-28-2007, 03:36 PM

Here's mine...they're considerably old photos though, I've got more manga now (Hellsing, Vagabond, Battle Royale etc).

Recognize any? They're all in Japanese too..

Unfortunatly, I have no way of getting my pics on the net, since my sis is the one whos good with cameras >_<. But I can tell you how many I own! =D An estimated 163 volums of manga on my bookshelf (3 layers of 41 on top, two layers of 20 on bottom) + whatever is scattered throughout my room...Truthfully, I'm not satisfied with it. Its badly organized, lacks classic material, and mainly consists of single volumes of manga I never read further into T_T.

Hahaha. I need to take a picture of our household collection.
It will have to be multiple shots as the older ones are packed in plastic cases in the closet, some are in other bookshelves, etc etc.

If anyone is trying to find me… Tamyuun on Instagram is probably the easiest.

Okay, here we are.

These are shelves on the bedroom bookshelf. Not pictured - Full sets of Ghost Sweeper Mikami, Boku no Chikyuu o Mamotte, Fushigi Yuugi, Katte ni Kaizou, Hellsing, Nodame, Psycho, Death Note, and a bunch of other ones I forgot and am too lazy to pull the box out and check.

(I`ll put more in another post)

If you are ever in Kyoto, there is a manga museum. They have every japanese published manga up until 2004 or something. Now THAT is allot of manga... oh and for a small entree fee of like 800 yen you can read everything all day long!!
Of course I've spend a few hours there
