Weird Animes.....

Well one that I watched today was REC.
I only watched the first epsiode, but even that was really weird. One second they meet and the next her house is burned down and their sleeping with eachother. Just a bit odd.

Also both Ginban Kaleidoscope and Hitohira were an out-of-the-norm but once watching each series I felt like more could have been done, I guess.

:P

I ended up buying most of the stuff you and MMM recommended to me in another thread. Paprika, Jin-Roh, Mail, Eden, Museum Of Terror, MPD Psycho, and I'm planning to get Drifting Classroom next.

It helps when people recommend stuff because there's not a great deal of manga in the shops where I live so you have to order it on the internet without being able to have a quick look at it first.

Well if I ever decide to give Yaoi a go I'll be sure to ask for your recommendations.

Yes! That one was surprisingly funny (in a juvenile way, maybe, but who cares!) There's more of it coming out right now, too

Another show I found to be totally unexpected in the first 5 minutes was Hayate no Gotoku. It turned into a more normal show eventually, still wacky and funny and I like it a lot; but the first couple minutes start out with Santa Claus berating this guy for being a loser, and it totally caught me off guard with laughter d^o^b
