Only what I know is bonjour and I don't know what does it mean exactly....
But I can still figure that you are going to Japan and you appreciate help.
Weird

It means good day but it's used as a greeting so it's like saying hi.

Aight, I'ma test my translation skills x) <Hello. I love travelling and I'd like to know what beautiful places you have been to in Japan, I'm thinking of going on a trip if everything goes well. It will be greatly appreciated!>

lol Not sure if that was close to the right translation but I tried my best

I haven't stepped foot in Japan YET, but if I were you I wouldn't miss the Pontochō and Gion districts in Kyoto

everything is relative and contradictory ~

For your information, I didn't look it up on any translation site. I took French for 2 years and although I spent most of the time sleeping, some of it must have gotten stuck somewhere in my brain ^^
