we use those words in Italian too (except the flocc thing) so to me they are easier than other English words. they're almost the same: toruous-tortuoso, inevitable-inevitabile, perplexed-perplesso, sordid-sordido

Sorry for the really easy ones; I couldn't think of any really hard words. Even floccinaucinihilipilification is easy once you memorize it.
Most of my friends: Who cares? Me: No Japanese syllables end in 't'! The people around me: And... Me: But Kajitsu is an awesome word! Nearly everyone I know: Whatever. And that's where my Japanese language skills go. Down the drain. *exaggerated sigh* Avatar credit to Tejou from Digik Designs |

Okay, I realized something. You are all intelligent, but I come from a school where most people couldn't tell you what "reprimand" means, even if their life depended on it. I know; it's so unfortunate, all those minds wasted in teenage life...
I can't wait to be rid of this country. Most of my friends: Who cares? Me: No Japanese syllables end in 't'! The people around me: And... Me: But Kajitsu is an awesome word! I didn't know it until I was 13. My parents used it a lot, but I never asked the meaning.

I like Melancholy, that is rather common. It means gloomy/sad.
Misanthrope means a distrust/hate/dislike for humans. And I also like Juxtaposition, hard to describe but it sort of means comparing two things that are of a different standard, like a binary opposite, Misanthrope and Juxtaposition aren't reall used much, only in school essays >.< ![]() |
