Do you mean what makes them different from one another?

Worker: A general group of people. Anyone who works is a worker.

Employee: Someone who works, but also represents a specific business. Example: If someone is working at a Wal Mart, they are a Wal Mart employee.

Laborer: Someone who is obligated to work, whether it be for personal reasons or the reasons of others. It can be used both generally or specifically.

Technician: A specific job. Someone that works with technology: wiring, electricity, power, etc.

In the UK, "labourer" usually means one who performs manual labour - heavy lifting, shelf-stacking, brick-laying, and other physical work.

I guess you mean "roudousya" by "dourousha", right? Roudousya is very close to "labourer" as Troo explained though it technically means "someone (or people" who works" . Gijyutusya is literary "technician"
