I agree with you on this one SonOfBanzai, Japanese is truly a gorgeous language, but the Japanese language does in some way resemble the Chinese language.

Anyway, here are my contributions for today:

Ke ai - adorable/cute

Wo de jia zai... - My house is situated in...

Ren lei - Mankind

Ni you le?! - Are you pregnant already?!

Guai hai zi - Good child

Mei wen ti - No problem

If I have made any mistakes with regards to the Chinese-English translations, please do correct me ^_^

Instead of 'Wo Jia zai' you should say 'Wo zhu zai' But apart from that, Excellent!

Yeah, but it's a multi-racial society here although majority of the population is Chinese.. Besides, the number of English-speaking families are increasing pretty rapidly here.. well, including mine lol..
And the Chinese teachers.. So many of them should have already retired long ago! Z_Z it's like Singapore has some sorta policy of using 'old' teachers to pass on the ancient knowledge of the language to the people.. =_=
So... where are you from, Hisgashi?
