How about this, I like this one but people figure it out too quickly:

A man with nothing on him but a backpack is found dead in the desert, face-down in the sand. There are no footprints around him, nor any visible signs of murder or anything having been done to him. He did not die of starvation or dehydration. How, then, did he die?
