Here's some random stuff I do/use:
Face/Skin/etc.: Proactive---Super popular pimple controller and works super good. A bit expensive and takes a while, but after that while, it clears any breakout. But I forget to use it sometimes and that's probably why it takes so long on me. You have to use it like at least once a day to get completely satisfying results Johnson & Johnson Face Cleanser---I love this stuff. It moisturizes the skin and leaves it smooth as silk. It's also the ideal make-up remover. It won't sting eyes, so getting eyeliner, mascara, or eye shadow off isn't a pain in the eyes. Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 55 & 70---Outdoors, any kind of sunscreen 15spf and above is awesome...and you can still get slight tans with certain sunscreens. Like you might already know, sunscreen is a big helper in preventing skin cancer, especially with fair skin. My skin is so light and fair that if I don't want any kind of bad skin disease, I have to either stay inside all summer or put on sunscreen. This sunscreen is my favorite. My mom made me put it on like during any other surfing trip, and after surfing I still turned out darker than what I was without any sunburn. Anything from Melaleuca---My mom orders this stuff and I steal it from her sometimes and it is the most wonderful "wellness" company ever. Soaps, lotions, shampoos...whatever, it's all awesome. It's all natural, too. =] Here's a supper cool skin profiler to help determine your skin type and what you should use on your skin: Skin Profiler Quiz Exorcise: Run/Walk---I used to run about half a mile to a mile five days in a row every week when I was in gym last semester. Unlike my lazy friends, I ran and it paid of. It took off more fat around my waist than crunches alone. And it doesn't even need to be five days a week. It can be like two days a week. Just make sure you stretch your legs before taking off. If you don't, you'll get cramps and shin splints. Bleh! XP + Summer '08 +

Cucumbers make your eyes less puffy, which is good in a way.
But i think theres some scientific thing about skin cells, which is why dark circles occur. I cant remember what it is though O.O anyways, Anyone hate those annoying spots that come up randomly? yeah, those evil little buggers. I use Shiseido [AS YOU CAN SEE, i also worship that brand] spot gel/blemish clearing gel which is REALLY good. You put it on a spot and the next day its less red and virtually gone. sdfsda.JPG Unlike clearasil which can be VERY strong on sensitive skin. That stuff DRIES your skin so bad |

Eh being a guy I only really do one thing to keep my skin fine. That is, after washing my face with soap, I rub it with a towel to get rid of all the dead skin and whatnot that causes dryness on people. (better known as exfoliation.) This makes your skin smooth as anything. Or well mine anyway

@ML I thought I was the only one who knew, about brushing your lips with a tooth-brush, it really works too! I don't really have any skin issues, except for getting a little oily now & then, & when I'm stressed too.
As for excercise I use the treadmill I have, but it just doesn't beat going to the track for fresh air every now & then. Arched back Crunches are very effective none the less. About 3 sets of 15 4 times a week to see some progress (I've been slacking lately tho ).I'm glad to see guy's replying here, I thought they didn't care as much about this stuff as we do. This is the exfoliant that I use. r-IonFortuna Stalker To-Excessum GirlFriend to-TheUnknown Crazy Brother-Narutocrazy101 Big Brother-SeeD Gatekeeper-animedude3 -Tasty Cream Pie To-Diru0gaze Son-Thunda Talkative romantic brother-Powermad147 Auntie-tiki808 Auntie to-Eiri& ML Kittie w/ Wings-Hoshichan 'ly Camera Vixen- Pjok +~Member of the Tenjho Tenge Clan Member-Maya Natsume+~ Member of the THE PERVY CLUB!! ~+MeMbEr Of ThE VaMpIrE cLaN+~

Also, if you use a normal thick cream cleanser...squeeze all the contents into a zip-lock bag and add a TINY amount of sand to it and mix it around...makes a nice, cleap exfoliator(sp) ^_~

I just wash my face twice a day, and make sure to drink lots of water, that really helps. I swear by these Ponds pads that you use to wash your makeup off, too, they're AWESOME.
