Early morning jogs do sound great but ARE a real pain... I swear NOTHING could wake me up at effing 5am. Nothing. Not even if I tried with all my efforts... I guess I need to be motivated to do something like that, maybe if I had some hot running-partner >.>"
Yup, drinking tones of water is important in many, many ways: it keeps your skin nice, takes hunger away, flushes out your body's toxins, keeps you hydrated, etc. It makes ya pee a ridiculous amount though... >.< What are the young people of today coming to?

water-excessive peeing, not great for school days. XD anyways MORE BLACKHEAD SOLUTIONS This recent one i heard, i haven't tested yet: YAKULT SCRUB. remember those little bottles of fermented milk drinks- yakult sdfsdfa.JPG okay, well, here's the good part. drink HALF of it. yes, that yummyness and the other half-save, and then that same night, pour the remaining half onto a cotton pad and scrub over your nose, chin and areas prone to black heads. I'd suggest overnight, and you should feel that your nose is alot less blackheaded and should be smoother to feel and touch. another little secret of mine is, DERMOLOGICA MICROFOLIANT rftd.JPG this stuff is AMAZING. directions: wash your face with warm water. blot all water off face, but face is still a little damp pour some dermologica over your finger and scrub into blackhead areas, t zone etc. and it should form a creamy substance on face. scrub and rinse. However, to make it more effective, make sure your face is dryer and then scrub it on and it will feel uncomfortable but keep scrubbing and this is more effective way of scrubbing away those nasty little suckers. evidence of results- less spots and less blackheads untouched up/no makeup/bare photo. and yes, i look terrible, i'm sleepy. cxgdf.JPG |

MAKE UP REMOVERS NEVER LEAVE MAKEUP ON WHEN YOU GO TO BED/SLEEP. It'll give you wrinkles faster I personally prefer the simple range for this because it wasn't too strong and therefore it didn't sting my eyes. I do realise alcohol based ones are probably more effective but I <3 my simple lotion ![]() |

thats technically not the one i use. I couldn't find a picture of the lotion. XP
But i LOVE LOVE LOVE the brand, i also LOVE LOVE LOVE shiseido skin products. I spend soo much on skincare, i went back to Hong Kong last year and spent $2000HKD [USD$260][UK £130] On skincare alone. i need to buy the lotion, i've run out. I think my skin has been looking shit recently, just because i ran out of my lotion. Paranoid much? |
