Chat with people from Japan

Hi guys, this is my first post so I don´t know if there is another one like this !!

My question is :

- Is there any place or forum where we can chat with people from Japan, and I don´t mean a web site were we register and send emails to one another and hope to be contacted later.
I mean like MIRC or Messenger but in a public area, where we can talk in english or japanese depending on the knowledge of the language.

I ask you this because there is much things that me and probably you want to know about japan and everything related to Japan and a Forum is not enough.

If anyone knows a good way to chat in that way please post your thoughts.
By the way - pardon for my english but I´m from Portugal.

Well dood I think your doing a great job with your english and 2nd no I don't think there is but im sure there are some ppl are nice enough to give there addy if you ask for it
