One I used just recently to break up a boring meeting.....
I can cross my eyes - one at a time. Basically make them move completely independently of each other. It takes some serious concentration, but the effect on other people is worth it.

Well...I can do almost every artsy [art, music, writing, etc] and sport-related thing abnormally well...but when I do them there's always one person better than I am. So I guess my special talent is always coming in second. XP
