hey, i have a question alot of dramas and movies i've seen where like a popular school girls dont like some one they take like their shoes and like cut up their p.e. uniform, i just wanna know if they actually do that to them or is just made up to make them look like their bulling the other ppl ????

I have heard Japanese school girls can be very bitchy. I dont know if that is a sterio type, though. One girl cut up her class mates throat because she dissed her on the net... strange...

It would not surprise me if they cut each others stuff up.

It is not my fault, the OP has no grammar skills... (by 'cut up' the uniform, I thought she meant shortening the skirt so it sat higher...)

The grammar is a bit off, but the context, imo, was obvious. I figured out what the OP was referring to by the context. Bullying. Using "cut up" there, I doubt it would be to shorten anything, but along the lines of destroying. Besides, I've never even seen the term "cut up" used when shortening a skirt or any type of clothing. I've always used words like "hem" or "hemming" for that.

I'm not sure if its that extreme but i've heard that bullying is pretty bad at some japanese schools
