A question that seems naive, is usually a good question. That is the truth. I haven't been to Japan long enough to say. However, I can compare the Movies of Japan and Japan to Movies of America and America, and there is often, in big movie like F&FTokyoDrift, some inaccuracies of reality. Just like Movies in America, there are some stuff that are true, then there are some stuff that are true but are exaggerated or misinterpreted, and then there are stuff that are complete myth or imagination (but I don't think Drifting in Japan is a myth, so that doesn't apply to this situation). You also have to realize that people live different lives, through different eyes, and with different attitudes. For example: Not every Japanese person is particularly fond of J-pop as some of the more enthusiastic youth. Of course, this is just my judgement. I'm sure the more experienced members would be able to provide you with a better answer. ![]() |
