Need suggestion for 77th Birthday gift -

Hello,
I am looking for some help. We have a great friend that is turning 77 this week; she is Japanese. I know that this is a special birthday and wonder if anyone has any suggestions for a traditional gift for her? I am sorry I don't know alot about her customs but thought someone here might know what is appreciated. Thank you P
