McCain would be the oldest to get the office too if elected, to my knowledge.

It'll be historical all around.

But we have a lot old guys who were president in America's history. I suggest we don't repeat our mistakes like we did with Bush and the other old Republicans in this nation.

Your logic does not add up. Bush was 54 years old when he was sworn into office. At age 47, Senator Obama is much closer to that age, than is McCain.

I personally think that age has zero to do with a person's ability to be a good leader.
That being said, here are the stats on the ages of the former presents.

8 were in their 40's
24 were in their 50's
10 were in their 60's

The average age for a President to take office is 54.8 years old.
Theodore Roosevelt was the youngest at 42.
Ronald Regan was the oldest at 69.

At age 72, John McCain would be the first person in their 70's to be elected.
At age 47, Barack Obama would be the 6th or 7th youngest. (Sorry I did calculate the days.)

Ok. Ur right about that part. But do we want a 72 year old man telling us what to do? I think not. Age does matter sometimes, because there is a old quote that says "Old men planning and young men dying". It means that the old people has a lot of experience than young people. But since Obama is the youngest in this nomination he knows a lot more than McCain does. Get your facts right brother.(Not trying to dis on you.)

It has already started. The McCain campaign has started caging voters.

I heard about this on the radio, too.

A "No Forwarding Order" is very common with many types of direct mailing. It is most often used with fund erasing activities, as a means of making solicitation attempts more efficient. This is know as "caging", and is a common term in the industry. All political parties have used these technic for many many years. I know I see such marks on my mail a couple a times a month.

It is a large leap in logic to jump to this, being proof of illegal voter suppression. There is now way of telling how the returned mail is being used. We can not know, unless a challenge is issued.

That being said, I am also aware of the activities that happed in Ohio in 2004. So, I will keep an open eye on the situation, but for now, I shall treat this as gossip.
