I workout all the time. It makes me feel great.
I workout before work with weights, abs, push ups, etc. Plus run or walk in the park, or the treadmill depending on the time of the year. After work I have Taekwondo and Mauy Thai kickboxing, five days a week. Two to three classes a night. It depends on the day. So I practically live there, and we joke that I should set up a cot in hte back. I've also aquired a few nicknames because I'm always there. The most recent and popular one is Beckatron. I've also started goin to the gym on sundays and doing legs. I've actually just started this, but I want to make it a regular thing after church. ![]() I am female. |

I would so love to be able to go to a gym soon to lose a little bit of weight, but because of my extremely busy and hectic working/social life I can never really find the time to be able to join up to one lately, let alone even afford it

I don't go to the gym, but I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 2-3 times a week and do bodyweight training exercises at home.
Most days I use 20-30 minutes of my lunch hour to sittups, crab pushups or balancing on my swiss ball infront of the tv. Fortunately I only live 5 minutes drive from work so it makes this possible. |

I'm in the military. So, we have a 2 hr block either in the morning or right before we go home for the day to exercise. We just started running again. So, I run about 10 miles a wk. And lift weights 5 days a wk. It's a great stress release.

As I was discussing with Paul on another thread...
For staying healthy with Halloween approaching... I encourage everybody here to minimize candy-eating and take the chance to go Trick-or-Treating all night as good exercise. ![]() ~Yuna7780 John 3:16&17- "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him." |

Our school runs a club where we get taken to the gym every Thursday...and for only £5 a term! So, it's actually cheaper than a gym membership ^^ plus I walk a mile everyday and I exercise at home =] for me there's no feeling better than that of being achey from exercise
