Do you have a gym membership or exercise regularly? - 09-15-2008, 12:24 AM

Another random topic... But I want to see how fit people are here. I know it's terrible to assume that anybody who goes on a forum is unfit... But you never know!

I don't have a membership to a gym right now, but usually in my gym class I lift weights and I want to do it out of school.

I also detest running, but I think I should start running regularly too.

I've decided that after the girl's tennis season ends, I'll join my local gym and lead a healthier lifestyle. It's not just about being a buff girl, but to always be healthy!

Thanks for reading!

I got a gym membership at my school, which is pretty nice and cheap, but I have yet to go.

I really gotta' get my arse in gear.

I'm going to join Cardinal Fitness. My brother goes there almost everyday. His arms are HUUUGE!!!!

XC... *wimpers* I mean, I can run on a treadmill for 15 minutes set to aerobic, but I can't run well outside. I can do a nine minute and something seconds mile, though, for school.

I also recharge really quickly. When I play tennis, if I get really worn out, I can sit down for a minute between sets and be ready to go and play like there's no tomorrow.

Did you know we live in the only
state requiring PE?

But anyways, I don't exercise by doing training
crap. I exercise by playing sports.

I used to work-out and do martial arts all the time, but family and work only allow me to work-out about three times a week.

Are you serious? I guess that's a good thing, but many people dislike it.

I don't like exercising by just playing sports. When I play sports, either I'm really bad at it or other people are really bad it at, which makes the whole thing boring. I can't stand playing tennis in gym class... I just want to hit everybody with a ball because they can't hit it on the otherside of the court.

had a law having all
kids from 1st-12th grade be
in PE.
