Have you ever bought film taken pictures and then taken the film in to get developled?

Yeah, I have. Not in a while though. I have a digital camera now (I love taking pictures, but I hated buying film) and I just upload the pictures I take. I know some people who haven't yet made the transition to digital. I think film is a waste of money when you can just buy a memory card and keep using it over and over again.

Yes! Many times! The reason is that I usually use a disposable camera at gigs, because if they get stolen it is not much of a loss to me.
