Film company in the United States needs help connecting with people in Japan -

We are currently in production of a film about school violence. We are planning a trip around the world to interview survivors next month. Can anyone help me connect with survivors of knife attacks in Japan? We would love to include Japan in this film because it is known as one of the safest countries in the world, but has also experienced horrific attacks inside schools (with knives instead of guns).
