Japanese visiting Europe

There are many many Travel forums for the English & European speaking world but where do the Japanese (non-English or European speaking) look to for travel advice ? when planning a trip to Europe (Italy in particular). Are there Japanese language versions of Tripadvisor or similar Travel Forums ?
