I'm honestly more worried about getting the Bird Flu than Swine flu. And I'm not worried about the Bird Flu at all. As long as you get medication attention quickly then you should be fine, its not like MRSA or something.

Q: Why are people dying in Mexico and not here?

A: That's a mystery. First, understand that no one really knows just how many people in Mexico are dying of this flu strain, or how many have it. Only a fraction of the suspected deaths have been tested and confirmed as swine flu, and some initially suspected cases were caused by something else.

Swine Flu: 5 Things You Need to Know About the Outbreak

I just hope we do not have another epidemic on our hands again. From what i read 149 people in Mexico have now die from it.
Terrible stuff..

I know all these nasty new viruses have so far cleared Australia, just hope all you other's are safe and sound..

I guess it's the old saying, make sure you cover the scon with a doctors/nurse mask to stop the germs.

As of right now there's 152 CONFIRMED deaths and 26 POSSIBLE deaths from swine flu on top of that.

UK, Spain, Israel, New Zealand, Canada, USA, and Mexico all have CONFIRMED cases now.

The people who die from swine flu are a small percentage of those who contract it.. And the main reason for that, is they didn't, or couldn't seek treatment..It's still a small drop in the bucket from the tens of thousands who die from common flu strains each year.

The norwegian goverment started going ballistic yesterday because of 3 might be cases "Swine Flu" and i know some specialists are working on a vaccine but they said it would take at least 6 months before it was finished.

My personal opinion the norwegian goverment is overreacting

Are you nice to people they usually are nice back

At first I thought they were over reacting.
But now it's spreading more and more, so im glad that they are doing something about it.

Seriously though I'm pretty sure people will build immunity to the spores, it just takes time and meds. Well hopefully that is.
