Getting Married in Japan (but living overseas) -

My Japanese fiancee and I (non-Japanese) are intending to get married in Japan. Given we are both overseas (and working in a country that is neither of our home countries) we are not sure of the process on registering our marriage in Japan.
If anyone has any advice that would be much appreciated! Many thanks.
