Once a member has been banned during the competition, he/she is out of the running. What kind of example would it set if recently banned members were allowed to be voted for?

I've decided on a solution. I am displeased with it, but I think it is fairer.
Quailboy's votes will count for now. But if he recieves a warning, an infraction, a ban, or anything of that nature, during the time the awards are open, his votes will be withdrawn. Fair deal? I've decided to do this only because I didn't have a rule for this in the first place, but it is there now. Maybe because I didn't expect people to vote for someone who will be potentially banned.
