It's about my camcorder. -

I am pretty sure my camcorder is broken. The mini screen on it shows nothing but static noises and green or pink stripes running across it. I can't see if it will affect the images on my computer because I still need to re-install the device for it. I am debating if I should just buy a new one or try and get it repaired. I don't want to throw this one away because it was my graduation gift I got from my mom. Does anyone know if it can be repaired?
