Apartment Rights - 11-21-2017, 11:53 PM

What legal recourse do I have if my wife throws my belongings into the street while I am away?

We are married over ten years, one child, and have lived in the apartment for over two years. It is rented under her name, but It is my official address. I pay rent.

She is mentally unstable at times, and has very seriously threatened to throw my belongings into the street when my daughter and I go back to visit my family for two weeks.

Does anyone have a recommended lawyer to consult?
