threads, and bad responces -

hi. as i've said before im new to this, and i was wondering if someone could explain how threads, and i guess this site all together, and how it works. like, is there a limit to how many responces or threads you can make? also, there have been particular people who have left nasty comments, or rudely expressed, am i right? and i was wondering if anyone knew how to block people so that you cant get responces from them anymore, cause' its been bugging me.

There is no limit to how many times a user can respond.
You can block people, i believe, but only so they can't send messages Other than that you can't block a person from posting on a thread. You can consult a mod, if someone has been using language or being offensive. XD They are the only ones that can ban people next the Admin
