LOWRIDERS in Tokyo -

I was wondering if any one on this site knows anything about the lowrider scene in Tokyo and Osaka?
Like where they hang out or if they have cruise nights. I'll be in Japan in November and i'll be attending the LOWRIDER SUPER SHOW in Tokyo on the 22nd of November. But i would like to experience the lowrider scen on the streets. I wonder how different it is from my cruise nights in Los Angeles. Here's a link i found of a video that was shot in Shinjuku. Hello, I actually used be a way into the minitruckin' and custom car scene here on the West Coast. I have meet and gotten drunk with the editor of the Japanese Magazine 'Truck Trendz' when he was in Salem, Oregon for a show and from what I have heard from him there is a pretty big lowrider/custom auto scene in Japan. LowLifeVideo out of SoCal has been to and filmed shows in Japan, along with MiniTruckin' Magazine.
