Hey. I'm Amaris and I've been interested in the Japanese language and culture for some time now. I suppose I intend to use this forum to expand my knowledge and possibly make a few new friends.

Hey,

I am from Germany. I started with Japanese about a year ago, mostly by repeating after a native Japanese speaker (he did deliberately not teach us any grammar). About a month ago I switched to the Assimil books, they are great.
