Taikwa Reform - 12-13-2009, 04:28 AM

Hi guys!
Does anyone know what Taikwa Reform is? It refers to the Japanese History.

"Taikwa" is not a Japanese word.

I'm not learning Japanese.
I just have a project for the university about Japanese Militarism, and in the book that i read, says about "Taikwa Reform" that took place about 700A.D. in Japan.
