At 5"1 even with a small frame you should weigh at least 105 to be considered at a healthy weight.

What worries me most about your post is your statement that you feel fat at 87 pounds. This indicates a distorted self image and this is dangerous. If you are not, you need to talk to a doctor or counselor to help you get this distorted view back on the right track to healthy.

your 5'1 correct? at... 87lbs?
I'm also 5'1. but i stand at 120lbs. yet i get many compliments? why would yu think that less than 100lbs is fatt?
I say, don't worry. really. If a guy cant accept how you look, you don't want to be with him in the first place. look for a guy that can appreciate you, for who YOU are. not how you look, or how much you weigh.

Maybe you're right, I have always felt kind of poorly about my body regardless of whatever state I'm in.

It is good that you are aware of the fact there may be something wrong going on in there. You really need to talk to a professional to address it. That's the only way you are going to be able to fix the problem and start feeling good about yourself.

I think I will. It probably will never fix itself on it's own.

Have you been to the doctor about your weight?

If anything it will get worse.

It may seem scary, but what is scarier is being hospitalized because you are unhealthy and underweight. Best to attack the problem ASAP.

Let us know how it goes.

No, not for the specifically. No one has ever really made any mention toward my weight when I do go get checked. Perhaps I should find a different doctor.
