Is there a website that has information on (nearly) all memes and anyone/anything popular/famous on Japanese online communities including 2ch and nico nico douga? I'm talking about a Japanese equivalent of Encyclopedia dramatica, but not necessarily filled with filthy language.

I have no Friends- The cats have scratched and destroyed all of the DVDs! I always owe someone- In fact I put two os in it! I always ruin my clothes with Bleach!- The show is so dom suspensful I spill my grape soda on them! But . . .I'll live.

I don't know about Japanese memes specifically, but Internet Meme Database | Know Your Meme lists a lot of them and isn't exclusively designed to bash them like ED.
