Working with Japanese clients and co-workers

Hey guys, I'm doing an assigment on working with Japanese clients and co-workers and I need some help. I have about a page done but information is harder to find than I thought and I really could use some help. Basically I need to know ways that misunderstandings can occur between Japanese clients and co-workers and western people, and ways that we can prevent these misunderstandings. Any help or links with useful info would be appreciated, cheers.
