What's your name, where does it come from, and what does it mean?

My name is Lucifer. It's Latin and means light bearer. I'm not evil, the name isn't evil, and I'm not the devil. Although I may take your soul.

I'm not sure what to search, the majority of my searches have words that are "too common" to include. So the search thing just isn't working. If you could link me, that would be nice.
